Where do I find Xéo Xọ?


You can visit us at our flagship stores in HN and HCMC:
- Hanoi: No. 10 Hoi Vu Str., Hoan Kiem Dist.
- HCMC: No. 43 Dang Thi Nhu Str., D1.
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM.




Do you make customize orders?


Currently we are not offering customization or alteration in design or size.




Does Xéo Xọ restock unavailable items?


Basically, it depends on the materials. Also, it would be notified on our Instagram/Facebook accounts when an item is restocked.




How do I return or exchange items I purchase?


- We wish to offer you high sense of satisfaction with clothing experience, thus we are able to accept exchange requests within 48 hours from the date of purchase or delivery (aka the date printed on receipts) for most items in new and unworn condition.

- Items with manufacture errors can be exchanged with new or other items of equivalent or higher value, please bring your receipt along with you.

- Unsuitable (in design or size) items can be exchanged with new or other items of equivalent or higher value. They must not be worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and with all original tags attached. Please bring your receipt to the store. Shipping fees during this process are on customers.

- Items purchased in any promotional events are non-returnable and nonrefundable.
